Welcome to Prime Educare Career Counselling. By engaging our services, including visiting this website, filling out our request forms, or booking counselling appointments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Counselling & Admissions Support
Prime Educare provides profiling, guidance, information regarding fees/recognition, and administrative help for university filings. Please note:
- Eligibility Requirements: All admissions depend strictly on university cutoffs, college eligibility audits, entrance rankings (NEET, EAMCET, CAT etc.), and state counseling allocations. We do not bypass university compliance rules.
- University Decisions: Final decision-making authority regarding enrollments rests solely with target universities and their governing bodies.
2. Candidate Obligations
To ensure a seamless counselling experience, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, and authentic certificates, marks cards, and proof of identity files.
- Track official deadlines, counseling round dates, and registration payments as coordinated by our advising panel.
- Respect communication schedules and maintain courtesy with assigned advisors.
3. Fees & Registrations
Registration fees, counseling service charges, and college payments operate under the following parameters:
- All counseling charges are detailed during candidate enrollment.
- College tuition fees must be paid directly to university bank accounts or draft structures. Advisors are not authorized to negotiate or collect cash payments for tuition fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
Prime Educare acts as a profiling advisor. We make every effort to guide students to genuine, recognized colleges. However, Prime Educare shall not be held liable for changes in college course approvals, exam cancellations, or changes in placement statistics updated by universities subsequent to enrollment.
